Not a good day for DVLA!

The Sun and other media outlets today have reported on an undercover Times investigation that found managers boasting of spending days in bed watching TV, whlst on special paid leave.

While millions of drivers have been hit by record backlogs in renewing their licences or applying for one.

Many of our members have come to us because they've been unable to help their learners get their provisional licence, or to get a licence back, having had to send it to DVLA for amendment.

So the knowledge that many DVLA staff were at home on special paid leave will not be good news. Meanwhile, as we know, their postal service has been non-existent.
