Hi all, 2021 is coming to a close and 2022 in knocking on the door, so I am already planning as to how to improve some aspects of your lessons to make them more Client Centred..

The manoeuvre's on the test represent around an 1/8 of the allocated time; yet I spend more and more time going over and over the same subject matter hundreds of times, almost every lesson starts with the pupil asking “Can I go over this or that manoeuvre” and of course we go over them, and over them, and over them, and over them..

From January 2022 I need each of you to bring into the lesson a written ‘recipe’ for the manoeuvre you wish to practice, you can incorporate pictures, diagrams, anything that will help you develop yourselves so that you succeed without my voice / input - Yes, that means a written recipe for ‘each’ manoeuvre

If you do not have the written recipe on the day, we CANNOT practice that manoeuvre on your lesson 😳

I would also like to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, please have a fantastic time and make sure you ‘Stay Safe’

I look forward yo seeing you in the new Year

Best wishes - Derek
