Thank you for bringing to our attention the issues you have regarding waiting room / rest area provision at DVSA test centres. We are in discussions with DVSA about this topic and, to keep you updated and I can advise that our work with DVSA is continuing and we anticipate we will be able to find satisfactory solutions to address this situation in the context of COVID19.

I anticipate that we will shortly reach a conclusion and will update you further as soon as we can.
