I spoke to three people this morning at the DVSA, the first two I could not understand what they were saying as there accent / language was so poor it was not possible for me to have a conversation with them. However, the third time I was lucky, the lady confirmed that they were ALL still working from from home!!!! (Due to CD~19). She said the best time to check any ‘test’ availability was 06:00am and if you are ‘lucky’ you might pick up a cancellation, OTHERWISE, you will have to wait until November when the next batch of test will be released. 😡 I mentioned to her that it was a bit like winning the lottery! And she agreed.

South Yardley + Nothing - No tests available at all

Cocks Moors = Nothing - As above

Kings Heath = Nothing - As above

Shirley = Nothing - As above

Redditch = Nothing - As above

I have already written a complaint; address below, I would encourage you all to do the same..
