DVSA - Redditch Theory centre is not changing..

A new theory test service for England, Scotland and Wales will start from Monday 6 September.

Please could you remind your pupils, especially those who may have already taken a theory test, that many theory test centre locations will change from 6 September.

All pupils with a theory test booking from 6 September onwards will have received the correct address for their theory test centre appointment on their booking confirmation email.

We recommend that pupils check the theory test centre address they have been given on their confirmation email in plenty of time before their test, and before travelling to the centre.

If they do not turn up for their appointment at the time and location they booked, they will lose their fee and will need to book and pay for a new appointment.

The theory test is not changing

While we have made changes to our theory test centre network, the theory test is not changing. Practical test centre locations are not affected by the changes.

Candidates can still practice their theory test for free online.
