Disgraceful customer service

Pupil has been trying to book a test since 08.00am, placed in the queue at 8:02 and was given a number in line of 29,000 @ 13:04pm they are still waiting in the queue number 8,397.. 😡

They have had since March to sort all this out and put into place lots of systems to cope with what they new was going to happen.. There are no words to describe what’s going on!! Here are a couple that spring to mind - fiasco, incompetent..

Please keep trying if you are one of my pupils waiting... tea, biscuits and a good book
